So, when my children became obsessed with dinosaurs, I decided to scan each set of pieces before letting them glue the pieces together. Ta da! A set of 15 dinosaur templates - easy to print and replicate.
They are a very simple craft. Just print the templates provided, cut along the outlines, and then glue the pieces together. For each creature, there is an image provided that shows how the pieces fit together, but it's up to you whether you want to use that as a guide, or just improvise and work from imagination.
